OUR RETAINER POLICY:
For experiences other than those DreamMaker® advertises as preplanned, we require a retainer in the amount of at least 10% of the estimated program budget, or $10,000, whichever is greater. The exact percentage charged as a retainer actually depends on the anticipated challenges and their solutions.
This retainer covers the cost of research and proposal development for your experience and is payable regardless of whether you end up booking the trip/event.
When the trip/event is booked, the retainer will be fully credited towards the purchase price. If the trip/event is not booked, we will hold the balance of the retainer for a period of three (3) years. Within that period of time, you may book another experience with us and we will credit 100% of the retainer towards the purchase price of the new experience. If you do not book an experience with us within that period of time, the retainer can no longer be credited.
If you choose a different experience to be created for you, it requires yet another retainer, but both shall apply to the final invoice in any case.
